Email Analytics Platform
Web Engineering
A Laravel-based email analytics and event monitoring platform that processes AWS SES webhook events into structured analytics, with dashboards for delivery performance, engagement and deliverability issues.
Result
Raw AWS SES webhooks turned into delivery, engagement, bounce and complaint dashboards teams can act on.
Overview
A Laravel-based email analytics and event monitoring platform designed to process, organise and visualise email event data received through AWS SES webhooks. The system turns raw event notifications into structured analytics, giving teams clear visibility into delivery performance, engagement and potential delivery problems.
The platform centralises email activity data and presents it through intuitive dashboards, making it easier to monitor campaign and transactional email performance, spot delivery problems early and analyse engagement trends over time.
Event history is retained so reputation issues — bounces and complaints — can be traced back to the sending pattern that caused them.

How we ran it
- 01
Discover
Workshops, workflow mapping and a technical audit. We leave with a scoped problem statement and a success metric.
- 02
Design
Architecture, flows and interface design. You approve clickable screens before a line of production code exists.
- 03
Develop
Two-week sprints with demos, a staging environment and automated checks on every merge.
- 04
Deploy
Staged rollout, monitoring, alerting and a handover session with documentation for your team.
- 05
Scale
Experiment backlog, automation expansion and monthly reviews against the metric we agreed in step one.
